HYPNOSIS FOR KIDS AND TEENS

Hypnosis for kids and teens is a safe, natural therapy using deep focus and positive suggestions to help with anxiety, stress, phobias, sleep issues, habits (like nail-biting), pain, confidence, and school struggles. It is evidence-based usually requiring only a few sessions to resolve their problem. They are able develop inner resources and coping skills and issues are resolved very quickly.  It works so well for children and teens because they are so imaginative!
